Cancellation Policy:
In order to reschedule your appointment after a short notice cancel or a no show, I will need a deposit from you to hold the new appointment spot.
Anything under 24 hours notice is considered short notice and
50% of the services cancelled/no showed appointment will be due up-front to reserve another appointment spot.
Thank you for understanding and respecting that I operate on timed rotations with clients and any time that my chair is left empty, for situations I cannot control, I will not get paid.
